Wanted to get some service done on my 2005 X5 (4.4i). They could not have been more rude. In short, they told me that "they didn't fool with them". If you have an 8 cyl. BWM, better find someone else.

Stephen is terrific! He does MINIs too! I'm very fortunate to work just around the block from his shop, and we're all lucky to have him in Birmingham. He does great work and explains things further than the extent I'm willing to pretend to understand.

All of the previous comments are 100% true. Stephen is the most knowledgeable person I have met when it comes to BMW’s. He gets the work done right the first time and his business has an open environment. Stephens also uses the best parts for the job that will keep your car running at its best. The only down side to Stephens Garage, is the amount of BMW’s that he can work on at a time. Keep up the good work Stephen!!! And thanks for the great service you bring to Birmingham.

I agree with all of the other comments! After graduating to a more "space aged" BMW I wanted to find a shop that would actually take some time and field my questions. I now take both my wife's (528iT) and my (323iT) to Stephen for repair and maintenance. After several months I found Stephen's Garage! Stephen is great to with and has more knowledge than any BMW shop I have ever found. It is refreshing to actually be able to walk in the garage and see my car being worked on. A lot of other shops made me wonder if they had even done what they said. No worries here. If you need a new BMW shop, Stephen's Garage is your car's new home!

Stephen is a breath of fresh air. I had him put in a new clutch and flywheel in my M5 and he did in a day and explained in detail what had to be done. He is an asset to the BMW owners in Birmingham. It looks like my M5 has found a new repair home.

Stephen is totally knowledgeable on my BMW. My opinion has grown over the last 25 years. My car now has (2/21/09) 614,237 miles. Stephen first worked on this at Eglin BMW in Fort Walton Beach and has done all of the maintanance for all miles for all years. Original engine and the head has never been off so to those that understand, it still has the original piston rings. We are truly blessed to have Stephen in the Beemer business. With his help, I will see 700,000 miles in the next 4 or 5 years.

Stephen is the BEST. I met him about 8 years ago. I have owned BMW's for 15 years. My cars go nowhere else. When I first met him, I told my wife that I had found a REAL mechanic. He not only is super knowledgeable of the cars, he has a personal LOVE for the cars. He is always willing to take the time to explain the problem and the solution. We are very blessed to have a talent such as Stephen in our city.
