We have used Hans for our BMW service for many years; however, the past few years I have leased my car and all service has been covered by BMW. My daughter's car was recently in for a regular service at BMW and they told her that her car had an issue that needed to be handled asap. Of course, it was one of the only things not covered under her warranty (she owns/does not lease). She took her car to Hans, as she wanted him to do the work. Hans informed her that there was absolutely no issue and almost zero deterioration of the parts that BMW had said needed to be replaced right away. She would have had no idea that this did not need to be done and would have paid Hans without issue. His integrity and character are very rare and we will always be loyal customers. By the way, the fact that a large BMW dealer in town is doing business this way is outrageous and it's fraud. If you live in the Phoenix metropolitan area- have Hans check out any issues with your car.

I had my engine throw a rod, BMW was no help and tried to charge me 21K to fix the damage, and my insurance only covered a fraction of the fire damage.

I thought I was going to be left with no option but to junk the car, a horrible idea for me because it is a pristine 2001 BMW 330 Convirtable.

His staff assists me with a rental car if I require one, and His work has always been the highest caliber. He tells me what he's going to do, he does it, and he shows me damaged or worn parts afterward. Highly recommended!

Autobahn has always been helpful to me and has kept my 318is running in top shape for years. I've have consistently been shown my parts and can see when they need to replaced or not. Compared to other places around Tempe and Chandler I get lower costs on OEM parts and cheaper labor. I highly recommend.
