What a great place. Although we live in Alaska we took our 530 to Eric last year for service. He took better care of us than anyone ever has, although Palo Alto Bimmer has done a fine job as well. We visit the central coast every year and Eric is more convenient. However, the convenience is not why we are going to keep going there. This year we bought a used 525 and are taking it to him for service. This time its not that convenient as we are close to Las Vegas but he is that good and most important he is honest. He is good enough that we dont even look for other options if we are anywhere in the western states.
