After searching high and low for a place to go, I found Ed's Service. I went in for a safety vehicle inspection on 4/29/11, I walked out with renewed confidence in the honesty of mechanics... well at least at Ed's Service. I was so relieved to have found this shop because I agonized over finding the right place to care for my vehicle service needs. After the awesome maintenance plan expired, I had no clue of where to take it besides the dealer. Unfortunately for me, I can't afford dealer prices and yes, yes, if you can afford a beautiful machine you should be able to afford the maintenance, right? Wrong! I got lucky with even owning this vehicle in the first place. Now, I gotta take care of it without the coverage and Ed's is the place for folks like me. Ed and Anthony are truly kind people who know their stuff and Ed is a man to love, thank you both!!!

Honesty and integrity! That's what you can expect from Ed's BMW Service. After years of frustration with the dealers, I remembered Ed's and I am so glad I did! Ed personally took the time to explain and educate me on issues with my car. I need a bit more work; however, Anthony prioritized a list for future maintenance, allowing me to work it into my budget. Not knowing much about cars, I really appreciate the fact that they don't scare you half to death and make you believe the car will fall apart if ALL of the repairs aren't completed immediately! ! I love you guys! =)

I called the dealer for price on my 2005 530i,and the price they gave to me over 4 hundred dollars.I found ED's BMW from phone book. So i took my car to there for service on Dec 20 2010.i was very happy. The staff was friendly,and the price less more than half .Also it took an hour to finish all the works. We took our '02 530i to the dealership and were told we needed about $1800.00 in repairs. By referral to Ed's BMW Service, Ed and his staff were able to do the same work for less than half. I liked that they were able to verify the problems and took their time to show us while the car was on the lift. I felt confident in having the work done there as well as them using factory parts. I have taken my BMW 525 to Ed's BMW Service for 3 years now. The best part about taking my BMW to Ed's shop is that I get to talk to Ed directly about my car's issues. Ed is a total expert in the field and I know his guys are very qualified too! When I take my car to Ed, for basic maintenance or a part replacement, I don't worry because I know everything will get done right! Always! We took our X5 to have several repairs done. We are happy to report that Ed's Independent BMW Service did an outstanding job on all the repairs. In addition, the service manager, was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He explained everything in detail prior to the work being done and made sure that we understood the time frame and cost for the repairs. Furthermore, the team of mechanics at Ed's are factory trained certified technicians. I highly recommend this facility to any BMW owner. They do quality work at a reasonable price. We'll be taking our BMW to Ed's for future service and repairs.

Ed is straight up da man. I met Ed for the first time at BMW CCA meeting. He and Jon have excellent customer service and actually care about your vehicle. Their work is fantastic and they do the job right. Thats more that can be said for most places. Ed's BMW service has done a lot of work on my car as the previous owner did not take good care of the car. He replaced all the fluids with OEM products and replaced my Brakes in a day. Fair price too! Fixed the suspension and transmission and it works great now thank you Ed.
