Ed's really passionate about what he does and takes great care of his customers. He is knowledgeable and takes time to explain what is being done. He can usually get our car in quickly. Ed is straight up da man. I met Ed for the first time at BMW CCA meeting. He and Jon have excellent customer service and actually care about your vehicle. Their work is fantastic and they do the job right. Thats more that can be said for most places. I have no reservations about this shop to anybody looking for excellent service and care for their BMW and getting to know some great guys.

Ed is wonderful!! He really cares about your car! My Z4 was starting to get old going to the stealership, but now that I am going to Ed, I feel that I have a new car once again and I have 171k miles on my 03 Z4. I also really like his reasonable prices.

Ed's BMW service has done a lot of work on my car as the previous owner did not take good care of the car. He replaced all the fluids with OEM products and replaced my Brakes in a day. Fair price too! Fixed the suspension and transmission and it works great now thank you Ed.
