Have been going here (we're Alameda residents) since buying a used 2003 330i in 2007. The place is pricey and the service uneven. We had a "Taillight Out" warning light come on, even though the taillights were working fine, and it took three separate visits to put the warning light out. Every service item takes at least an hour, so you have $98 labor minimum. Most recently, they turned off the "Service Engine Soon" warning light that went on at 100K miles for, you guessed it, $98. So, we're on the BimmerShops.com web site looking for an alternative shop.
