Dont' waste your time or $. I took my 323i here to get serviced. I was treated very rudely and felt that they were doing me a favor by servicing my car. Um... have you ever heard of customer service??? I will never bring my car here again. Yes, they did change the oil, but they did not reset my car's service reading as I didn't purchase the $700 inspection they kept pressuring me to have. Plus, when I picked up my car, it had dirty oil hand prints on the hood that required me to take my car to get washed. It would have been nice if M service would have wiped the hand prints off, or even offered to cover the expense of a car wash. I guess paying $130 only covers the rude service!

Definitely a thumbs down!
