I had a p1193 code on my 2001 Z3 Coupe for almost 2 years because no shop could come up with the right Dx and troubleshooting like switching oxygen sensors around produced no solution.. Look on the forums and you'll find this code is one of those hard to solve ones.... Midnight Oil Motors were great - less than 5 minutes and they told me what to replace - and the kicker - they told me it was too easy to Dx and that there was no charge.... thanks guys.

Just picked up my 98 BMW 540i from these guys today. Overall, it was an A+ experience. I dealt with Craig and Ian, both very knowledgeable and nice guys. Needed a transmission cooler line replaced and they did a perfect job doing so. What impressed me the most was that the parts and labor ended up less than originally quoted and they were honest and charged me the lower amount, not something that you see everyday with most shops. When I came to pick it up they explained all of the work performed and some potential problems to watch out for in the future. The guys are enthusiasts and the quality of their work shows it. Will definitely return for future service and repairs!

I took my BMW X5 4.4 to the Grant at Midnight Oil. I was referred to him by one of my friends who had work done by him. I had a coolant leak and a clunk in my front suspension. Grant and the crew at Midnight Oil took great care of me. They found out my Valley Pan was leaking and that I had worn out control arms in my front suspension. I dropped the car off late on a Thursday and was able to Pick up the next day. I have had no problems with my X5 since. And there $75 an hour labor is hard to beat any where. I highly recommend giving Grant and the guys at Midnight Oil a call. I will definitely be returning for my upcoming Inspection 2 service
