    I have been coming to Scientific Automotive for over 10 years now and am very happy with all aspects of service. Jack has taken great care of the two cars I have had during this period, and has kept them running trouble free. I appreciate the fact that he is always available for any questions or explanations regarding the repairs / maintenance and the work is always completed correctly and on time. There is really no reason to consider going to a BMW dealership for repairs when Scientific Automotive offers superior service with a personal touch.

    Recently purchased a 2007 328i and it needed an oil change. Took it to Scientific on a recommendation from a friend. Jack the owner gave me the price of $300+ for the oil change and a quick look around the car. After the service he recommended coming back for new brake pads as well. I took it to AGA just to get another estimate and was informed that brakes, oil and just about everything else are all covered by the warranty and that it would be unethical for any BMW service provider to work on the car and that this is common information. Jack at Scientific knew the car was under warranty and went ahead and performed the service as well as recommended additional services all while knowing full well that I could take it to any dealer and have these services done at no cost. Seems unethical to take advantage of my naivete but good for him he made $300 but lost what could be a long time customer.
