    I would give the details of my experience, but, it would take to long for me to explain the issues, numerous estimates and Sterling Auosports failure then denial of the problem. They had my car held hostage to their slow service for over 5 weeks. Three different attempts to assess and fix the problem. Then a denial of their warranty when I had to take the car to another shop to assess the problem only to learn Sterling did not fix the car and only made the situation worse. If you have a minor problem that a gas station mechanic can fix you might consider taking your car here. If you have a major repair DO NOT GO HERE. They are a money pit and not capable of doing major repairs. And, as in previous posts, they are not honest people.

    We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your experience at Sterling Autosport. We pride ourselves on customer service and stand behind our warranty 100%. If you have problems with any of the work that we completed on your vehicle, we will fix it for free under warranty after it has been inspected and deemed as a warranty repair. As we said in our email, that will require you bringing your car into the shop since we cannot diagnose it remotely. We cannot address your complaint appropriately without having seen your vehicle since this problem occurred. If you are at all uncomfortable doing that, please contact the Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) who can act as your intermediary during this situation. We have nothing to hide and request that you allow us to fulfill our warranty.
