Two of the mechanics here are amateurish and seem as if they are trying to learn their skills as they work on your car. Peter is the only mechanic that knows his stuff, but unfortunately Peter isn’t always the one working on your vehicle. I've watched them as they work on my car and sometimes they do good work if it is something small like an oil change. The last time I went there they did sloppy work and pretty much of a hack job. Screws/bolts were constantly getting dropped or missing. Also while taking off a hose a rubber seal had fell into the engine area. If I hadn't said anything nobody would have noticed and I would have been out of luck. The Mechanic Adam who works here is a rude dude with some poor Customer service skills. I have seen him in a good mood every now and then but most of the time he looks angry and pissed off like he would rather be doing something else. When they quote you parts here, the parts are way overpriced. Find out what parts you need and then get them yourself from http://www.autopartswarehouse.com/ This will literally save you hundreds of dollars on parts.

Before noticing Ted's Service Center at bimmershops.com, I learned of them through word-of-mouth from fellow BMW friends in the Antelope Valley. Had my 2008 E91 in for a transmission service and diff fluid level check. Peter is an awesome mechanic and a gearhead!
