I have used Vic"s Bimmer Shop5 or 6 times now. Each time I was treated with respect and care. They listened, they answered, they gave accurate quotes and they kept in contact. My work was done right on time without any problems. On Monday I called because the steering was having a problem and brake lights were on on the dash. Even though is was already 415 they said come on over.

My problem was solved quickly and easily. Another time when the airbag light came on they also said come on over and checked it out. Each time they have reassured me with their knowledge and expertise. They have also given me a ride to work if I have to leave it in the am. I have mostly dealt with Vic Jr and he is always available to listen. I am so thankful to have someone to work on my BMW whom I can trust and afford!!! Never hesitate to have them work on your car!!!!!

We had multiple BMW's serviced at Vics between 2000 and 2011. Recently we moved to Las Vegas and were on a road trip to Florida. We started having problems with our 525 on the road and I called Vics for help. We diagnosed the problem over the phone, and they found a bimmer repair shop in Austin, TX. They called ahead, we showed up, they knew we were coming and had our car fixed in three hours. Thanks Junior for the help.

vic,s bimmer shop is the BEST, they have been taking of my z3 for years, wouldnt try any other shop i trust completely! had trouble with my z3 last week called them they had me tow my car to them and went to work trying to figure out the problem, called me later that day, said my baby was ok and it was just a plastic hose, said it should b ready by monday, thank you, thank you, vics bimmer shop and u really are the best!!!!!!!!!!!

My daughter and I were leaving Antelope Valley the week after Christmas. We were nearing the 138 on our way to Temecula, CA when steam started pouring out of my X3 BMW. I had no idea what to do. I called a family member who lives there and they made a few calls. I was told to have triple A tow my car to Vic's BMW. Well once there, Vic himself offered to drive me back to my families home until it was fixed. I must say that they did awesome work...They also let me know of other problems my car had, But that I could wait until I get home to get it fixed.

I was so impressed with their work and honesty that I now drive two hours for all my work on my car... It is not easy finding a mechanic that is so honest and friendly.. Sure, I can go to a mechanic in Temecula, But I know that I am going to get a job well done without being ripped off at Vic's..

I have had a BMW relationship with Vic's since I had my first Z3 in 1997. If not for Vic's, I would not have continued to buy BMW's new or used. I really do not like going to the dealership so Vic's was a blessing to find! I have LOVED owning my BMW's and Vic's has always made servicing and maintaining them easy. They are great about working with me on scheduling and follow through on their promises, whether it is a call back or completion of service. If there are any delays, I am contacted right away and told of the situation. I trust Vic's and always feel I am treated with respect and honesty. For that they get my loyalty. I stand behind Vic's as a reliable shop with good, hard working and honest people and will always completely trust my vehicle to them. I am so happy with them! Thanks guys, you are the best!!!!!

I took my 2005 BMW 530i in on Monday 17 Jan 2011. Upon arriving, I was greeted by Vic Jr. as if I was family. This was my first experience at this repair shop and I was in need of some brake work, oil/filter change. I was on my way to a 2,400 mile trip to Florida the next day. They inspected my car and recommended to also have the expansion tank changed as it was time. Unfortunately, the part would not be able to get to the repair shop until the next day. Vic Jr. knew I was in a time crunch and I had to leave early the next morning. He made arrangements for a family member that was 2 hours away to to pick up the part and bring it up to their repair shop that evening. The long and short of it, is my car was well taken care of that day and they treated it like it was their own car. While they worked on my car, Vic Sr. dropped me off at the local movie theatre and they even offered to pay for my movie. If you are in the Antelope Valley or near it and care about the performance of your BMW, I would highly recommend Vics Bimmer Repair Shop. I made it to Florida in 3 days, safe and sound and my car just seemed to glide on the I-10 as if it were brand new again. Definitely a more personal experience and savings than going to the actual BMW dealer.

Im responding to this web site to say from experience as a bmw owner as well as knowing this person as my friend i have to say that ive never seen someone so passionate about these cars he treats everyone that comes to his shop with warmth and compassion he goes goes through every car from top to bottom and to know that he is so maticulos when it comes to repairing or servicing your bmw needs its nice to have that safe feeling when on the road he really does take care of each car with lots of love i can honesly say from experience that i admire that and i would recomend this shop to anyone that owns a bmw in the high desert antelope valley area to bring your bimmer to him he is the only bmw shop out there he is the bmw doctor im hooked on bmw and like i like the fact that he is very understanding and goes out of his way to satisfy his customers

I had the unfortunate experience of having my car (a 2001 X5) break down while on vacation.

We were towed to Vic's shop and Vic and Vic (it's a father-son operation) went right to work. When they got the car reassembled and running, they discovered that another part was broken. They were unable to get the part (as it was late in the day), but, thankfully, they were able to convince an employee to sell me the part from his X5.

I cannot tell you how happy my wife and I were to be able to get home.

I think they did a very good job and I would recommend the shop to others. I think they are good people and good mechanics.
