They seemed to be very nice but I was very dissatisfied with my experience there. A while back I took my 330ci there for new brakes and after being overcharged they came out just as squeeky as when I when brought them in. After they had my money, they went from being very nice to being very indifferent.
Stay away if you can.

Very friendly and knowledgable staff. I have taken my wife's 2002 3-series there for a few services and have been satisfied each time. It's fun to chat with the employees about various car-related topics which makes the visits less of a chore than they should be.
