At Bimmer Haus we specialize in the care and feeding of BMWs and MINIs as well as their owners. The bulk of our work is routine service, maintenance, and repairs, but we are also nationally renowned for building and maintaining (and driving) national championship BMW race cars. Our staff is also active in BMW driver training and education and has actively supported local and national BMW CCA activities since the day we opened. You will not find a more competent staff nor more comprehensive BMW and MINI service experience anywhere.

Meet the Bimmer Haus Team

Left to Right: Bob, Jim, Bryan and Pat

Bob Tunnell - President & General Manager
Bob manages the day-to-day business operations of the Bimmer Haus and serves as a consultant on all racecar prep and development. Bob's colorful resume includes experience as a film and television producer, racing event promoter, stunt driver and champion race car driver and avid collector of BMW vehicles.

Jim Leithauser - Chief Technician & Race Prep
Jim serves as Chief Technician, performing general service and repairs, and also oversees all of our high performance projects and race car fabrication and prep work. Jim is a mechanical engineer and is an ASE Master Technician.

Bryan Lodato - Technician & Race Prep

Bryan joined the Bimmer Haus team in July 2014 as our newest Service Technician and brings a very high level of expertise and tremendous BMW experience to our staff.

He was born on Long Island, New York, but spent most of his wonder years in North Carolina. After attending UNC Wilmington he entered the NASCAR Technical Institute and has been wrenching on race and street cars ever since.

Bryan graduated from the BMW STEP program in 2008 as a Level One BMW Master Technician and received additional full certifications in BMW Hybrid and BMW Diesel vehicles. This guy really knows his stuff.

After working at BMW Dealerships in the Carolinas for six years, Bryan and his wife, Kat, decided it was time to move west and headed to Colorado in 2013. He currently lives in Aurora, but says working at Bimmer Haus is worth the drive. (I didn't even have to twist his arm to say that!).

Bryan has really taken to the Colorado lifestyle and is now an avid mountain biker and snowboarder. He still has a ways to go, however... he's a New York Jets fan. Yeah... I know... but fumble and all.

On the road Kat drives an X1, but Bryan is still in an Infiniti. Like I said... he's still got a ways to go... but we're working on him.

Pat Pallotto
Pat is the voice that greets you on the phone and the smiling face at the front desk. In his spare time Pat volunteers with a local fire department, coaches a Little League baseball team, and delivers meals to the elderly. Despite the fact that he's making the rest of us look bad, we're really proud to have him as part of the Bimmer Haus team!

I needed a small part called (radiator fitting 90 degree elbow). I called in the morning to order. They ordered it for me and called later that they have it in the afternoon. When I came to pick it up. They didn't even charge me. Thank you for your kindness and great services. I would definitely recommend this place for anybody out there. Once again thank you very much.

What a fantastic independent BMW shop. I dropped my car off for some maintenance and was amazed that they offered me a loaner car for the day. What independent shop does that? I was more than happy to fill up the tank before returning it as that is such a great gesture.

The work was completed on time and under budget. They do not charge for what they do not do like some of the dealers.

They are my go to shop from now on. Wonderful and knowledgeable people.

I have had my car worked on a few times, mostly do the work myself as I don't really trust many people to do honest quality work. I take my E36 to Bimmer Haus because I trust them to do excellent work and to price the work fairly.

If you live anywhere near Broomfield, take your BMW to them. I have had my suspension reworked, AC charge, coolant flush, and alignments performed, and was totally satisfied. I have a new BMW and when the warranty expires, you can bet I will take my car to them.

Well on the 27th I took my x5 to the Bimmer haus in broomfield...mmm well the loaner I got was less then accepable, it was so dirty that I had to use half pk of wipes. The steering wheel in the loaner was so dirty my gloves even after 6 wipes still stuck to the wheel. The drivers seat was disgusting, as for the door knew i'd be touching it so had to clean it as well...I have never seen a car so dirty on the inside. Oh and when I was leaving I called cause the tank was less than 1/4 of a tank . The gent who spoke to me said thats all we put in it. I took it as had no choice. Of course in order to make it home I had to put gas in it. I did 40 bux. When I picked up my car 6 hrs later I asked about getting reimbursed for the gas seeing as now it was half full. He said NO as it not our policy so I said how about just half of it 20 bux. Same answer. When I got home looked at the ticket it was ok but noticed something they didn't tell my husband re bent axel or possable. Why they could not tell me seeing as its my dang car is beyond me.

Now the work they did do was fine and they DO charge same price as the dealer. They also quoted me a price for brakes, its same as dealer..

With all this in mind I always take it to the dealer from now on as they give u nice some, new car and its clean and FULL of gas u just replace what you used.
