We finally found an honest, professional and courteous Mercedes Benz mechanic in Miami and South Florida. We have visited several dealerships and other MB mechanic shops in South Florida. Both Mr. & Mrs. Alvarado along with their mechanics treated us with honesty and profesionalism and explained to us the whole process for our MB repairs. My wife hit some road debris on the turnpike and broke the fog light on our S550. We searched for a body shop and came across this place. It had mixed reviews on other sites but because of the close proximity to our home I decided to give it a try. Hector gave me a comparable quote for the parts and labor and held true to his price. The work done was excellent. They even cleaned off a scuff mark on the bumper! His shop is clean and well organized. The waiting area was especially spotless with an updated, contemporary look. The walls were adorned with many certifications directly from Mercedes Benz and BMW qualifying hector to do his specialty work. I felt very comfortable with hector. He was straight forward and very professional. I definitely will be doing business with his shop again if the need arises.
