We just purchased our first Bimmer a 2004 330CI. I am an Engineer and have worked on cars most of my life. We brought the car in to have it inspected. I was aware there was an oil leak (common issue) and wanted someone BMW experianced to inspect the entire vehicle. We had several routine things serviced and was very happy with the owners knowledge and customer focus. I would recommend this shop to anyone in the Orlando area and beyond.

I took my 06 330i to imports to address an engine vibration issue. Obed quickly identified the issue, recommended the appropriate repairs and performed them quickly and at a very fair price. He walked me through the entire process. I explained to Obed that the car had recent work performed at Tuffy Auto in Clermont, which was a nightmare. Tuffy completely overcharged me for substandard and unnecessary services. Thank goodness there are profeesiona and honest mechanics like Obed. I have the utmost confidence in his ability and integrity.

As for Tuffy Auto, I will never use them again and recommend that everyone avoid Tuffys at all costs.

I took my wife's 1998 BMW 528i to Import Professional when the left rear window gear broke. Even though I arrived at the shop just minutes before closing, Obed gave me a quick and accurate assessment of the problem and resolution as well as an estimate for repairs. Obed assured me that the part could be ordered, received and installed by close of business the next day. True to his promise the repair was completed as promised at the estimated cost. By the way, it is important to note that the same repair would have been at least half again more at the local BMW dealer as what I paid at Obed's shop. Additionally, he is a very pleasant, personable and professional businessman and mechanic. We will always bring our BMW to Obed for all future services.

Took my car to another mechanic in the area and I was told I had a blown head gasket on my 2001 BMW 325i and I started to panic. I only had 72k miles! I am SO HAPPY I got a second opinion from Obed at Import Auto Professional. Had the car towed to them and a day later I had my car back running perfectly. He knew immediately it was the CVV and I had an upper radiator hose leak. He even went out of his way to fix a window creak issue with the window regulator. This guy is the best car mechanic in the area and has dealer quality service. Don't trust your BMW to anyone else!

Honestly, this is the best place in Florida maybe the country to take you BMW or any car for that matter. I own a BMW 745Li and a CLS 500... the bimmer had a bad "altenator(water-cooled), Starter and battery.. he did it all for less than half of what BMW was charging.. and frankly he should charge more for the work he does... he's very honest and serious about his work..I really mean it. Just call around and get quotes and you'll see. I've been to every shop there is and Obed is the best mechanic period.

Just make sure to call him before you take it anywhere... at least listen to what he will tell you... you will know he's "right".

I am extremely luck to have found this place to work on my "toy" BMW Z3 which I often work on myself and am restoring as a classic. I don't trust the car to just anyone. This place really knows what they are doing. They are very computer savvy. They also work on Mercedes and other imports. Oby is a perfectionist when he works on cars.

I have taken my '02 330i here on a couple occasions now and have been nothing but very satisfied. The owner, Obed, is very friendly and knowledgable of BMWs and takes the time to explain what will be done in simple terms that even a caveman could understand.
