I own a 325i BMW and I visited every BMW Shop in Miami for a job quote and check the service & quality of the place, but then I found this place MasterClass, the people there is very nice, excellent customer service, very clean place and organize, very helpful and honest, and the best, FIVE STAR Mechanic, very intelligent and a 100% personal attention from him, he knows a lot about this cars, he is a certified technician for BMW, Minis and Benz, I've returned for more preventive work and maintenance and remain impressed with the quality of their work , my car is better than before, please try this place for your next maintenance and repairs... really excellent place...

IMO this is the hidden jewel of BMW repair shops in Miami. I've owned BMWs for over 18 years and this is by far my favorite. You may not have heard of them since they opened several years ago but the master technician (certified mechanic) worked at a local BMW dealership for over a decade and knows these cars better than I've experienced at other shops. My car is just out of warranty and this shop quoted me half what the dealership was quoting, no brainer! The guy is honest and returned my car immaculate and looking like new. I've returned for more preventive work and maintenance and remain impressed with the quality of their work and personal attention by the technician himself! Love this place, give it a try.
