Some people just amaze me. Well I can say that Zach, Kelly and the crew at F1 take great care and have always went to great lengths to make sure that I always get taken care of. I have owned 3 Bimmers and I love my E46, so naturally I want the best people taking care of it. I have definetly found a place that will always work on not only my Bimmer but my other cars as well.

I geuss that some people are not happy unless they are draggin someone else through the mud. Thank you Zach, Kelly and the gang for taking care of me and the rest of the other good customers that love F1.

Wow... I've had nothing but good experiences with this shop. They've worked on four of my vehicles and a few friend's cars that were satisfied and more than impressed with the service. They always detail my cars when serviced and offer loaner cars even though I have more than one Vehicle. The labor is more than reasonable and what they charge for routine services are much less than dealerships. I'm sure that if the owner knew of this, you would be very well taken care of and compensated. I will mention this the next time I go into the shop. wow.....I'm speechless.

i don't recommend this shop to any one i have owned BMW's most of my life and when i moved to smyrna i decided to take it to a shop that was close. my car had the check engine light one and was sputtering pretty bad. at first i had a good feeling about the place, nice big facility, they had a bunch of cars up front so it looked promising. I explained my issuse and asked for it to be diagnosed and to call me with a verdict as well as a price of how much it will cost. well my car was there for 2 days and i still had no answer, no big deal i just thought they are busy so they will get around to it when they can. by the end f the day i called to see if they figured anything out yet. well the person i had originally delt with which i believe was the owner was not there, and no one else had any clue about the car. so i left a message and asked if someone could call me back. they next day still no response, finally i went up there and the guy wasn't there again. however the manager i guess it was told me the car was diagnosed and they believe it was one of the coil packs were bad. At this point i was curious as to why no one could call and tell me this? but ii didnt question it he gave me the price for the repair and also suggested that the spark plugs be changed and a couple of filters. Obviously he doesn't know much about bmw's or he would have just said i needed a inspection II. so i agreed to the repairs even though i believe the price was pretty much the same as what a dealership would charge. so a couple of days later i went to go get my car, at 5, the time i was told it was going to be ready but it wasnt ready they were pulling it off the lift at 5 and the guy asked me if i had time for a car wash because they were going to clean it up and it was going to take 10min. Needless to say i was sitting there for 30 minutes before the car was pulled around. i was then greeted by a non English spoken gentlemen who handed me my keys. so at this point im ready to check out, but there is no one in the office. 10 minutes later someone finally walked in and that's only because the phone was ringing so after waiting for the guy to get off the phone i settled up and left. car was clean no dash light so i was happy. I got 10 miles down the road and the check engine light came on again and the car did exactly what it was doing before. WTF? i turned around went back and demanded to speak to someone in a higher position then the guy i was talking to but the guy told me he is the manager and the owner wasnt there. i told him what happened and he looked confused. so he told me i had to leave the car there again because they close at 6 and didn't have the time to look at it right then and there. i was so pissed off at this point i walked out and took the car to the dealer. which later i found out the sputtering was because of a bad O2 sensor. so in the end this was the worst experience with a automotive shop i have ever had. i don't reccomend it to anyone, not even if you drive a KIA.
