  • Great staff! Technicians explain the problem found and why they would recommend you do the following to correct the problem or potential problem. Always willing to share their knowledge with you… You treat customers they way you would want to be treated: fairly and courteous.

  • European Auto Surgeons knows the details of my BMW.

    Steve B. – 2003 BMW 330xi, 2006 BMW Z4
  • I have always been satisfied and confident that my vehicle was in good hands and well taken care of.

    Paul R. – 2000 BMW 740iL
  • I have complete confidence in your ability to properly diagnose problems and make the appropriate repairs. I totally trust you to keep our cars in great condition and safe, and to only recommend repairs that are necessary. Everyone is friendly and easy to talk to. Unlike the dealerships, you can speak directly with the mechanics doing the work. You guys(and gal!) are the best.

    Forrest L. – 2003 BMW 325xiT, 2002 BMW 325xi
  • Your customer service is perfect. I have said, and would continue to say it is worth the drive from Cape Elizabeth. Your mechanics are top notch; trust worthy and at “Gardiner” prices.

    Gail B – 1998 BMW 528i
  • I won't take my BMW X3 anywhere else.

  • Amy and Aaron run a great shop. I like knowing the service technicians by name and knowing that they care about my cars. Everyone there is willing to explain and show me anything, which I enjoy. I love the waiting area with magazines and coffee for waiting on quick oil changes. They also have loaners which is great for those of us who don’t live in the immediate area. One of my vehicles lost the transmission on I-95 after hours and I called in a panic. Aaron happened to be there, and called a tow truck and came to pick me up himself. He set me up with a loaner car and I was on my way. That kind of customer loyalty inspires loyal customers!

    Adam K. - 1983 BMW 528e
  • My BMW M3 was dealer maintained until I took it to European Auto Surgeons, now I won't take it any where else. They have a great shop; there's always something interesting to see. Amy & Aaron's preventative maintenance has saved me hundreds in repairs and they're the only people I know who are more passionate about my BMW than I am.

    Andrew Wilson
  • They are much more hands on than the dealer. You can talk freely with the people who work on your cars. The people are very knowledgeable and if they don’t know the answer they will find it. Everyone is extremely courteous and I believe very fair.

I have relied on EAS for all of the care for my BMW and they are without doubt the most knowledgeable and user-friendly BMW team in Maine, perhaps all of New England!! A hearty 5 stars for this group.
