I always take my M-3 to Cromwell Valley Automotive. I have always been treated with respect and my repairs are always done correctly. The owner is honest and doesn't try to sell you something you do not need. I stopped taking my car to BMW dealers years ago. I've been taking my 02 323i to them for years, great guys, when the dealer couldn't give me the answer to why my car had a battery draw rick and his techs were able to take care of it for me, always courteous and deliver on time. two thumbs up!

Terrible shop. Would not take my car there for an oil change. They forgot tighten bolts they removed , charged for an alternator that didn't work which then drained my battery . Very poor .
