Rod and his team at Rossi's Automotive are the best in the business. At 63 years old and having owned a few dozen cars, I have never seen better. First of all, diagnosis is a snap. Instead of charging you an extra hour while a new mechanic fumbles around looking for the problem, due to his vast experience, Rod already knows nearly everything that could go wrong with many different brands of cars and makes the diagnosis quickly and efficiently. Next he looks for ways to save you money, which he always does. Honest to a fault, he'll explain the problem and get it fixed well before you would have expected it. I love my little E46 ZHP, and I can tell you, no one else, no other shop will touch it as long as I own it. Thanks, Rod & Team!

The staff at Rossi's Automotive is Grade A!!!! They always offer speedy, reliable, expert service. The owner is a consummate professional and consistently offers honest and courteous service time and time again. Every time I've taken my car in, I've received stellar service and will continue to return there for all of my auto repair needs. I tell every Saab, Volvo, Mercedes and BMW owner I know to go see Rod and the guys at Rossi's!

My 2002 330i which has 153,000 miles was in need of new suspension parts (shocks, struts, springs, and mounts). I receive quotes as high as $3,000.00 for parts and labor. I was able to source the parts myself from an online outfit that specializes in the E46. The shop I had been going to for 10 years would install the parts for me, so I took my car to Rossi to have the new parts installed based on a recommendation from a trusted friend and fellow BMW owner - I did not have an appointment. When I dropped the car off, the garage was literally full of cars so, I didn't expect to get my car back for 2 days. To my surprise, I got a text message shortly after lunch the next day notifying me that my car was ready to pick up, far sooner than expected. Upon arrival, I was also pleasantly surprised to see that the labor cost was lower than quoted, which was already significantly lower than any other place I called. I've not yet put the car through proper paces, but it felt great on my short drive home. While at dinner, I received another text message thanking me for my business (unknown to them, 80% of my communication occurs via text these days so, this resonates with me very well). Very pleased with my experience at Rossi. A++. I plan to take both of my BMWs there from now on.
