I am addicted to BMW performance, and I choose BPG for everything I don't do on my car myself - not only because they are BMW experts, but also because they are very involved in the BMW racing and performance side of the industry and bring that to the BMW enthusiast.

Even if you look at BMW as 'just another car', you should take it to experts that immediately and correctly diagnose the exact issue you may be having, and when you focus on only BMW and Mini's you get pretty damn good at it.

I found the work to be of high quality, but I see no difference in costs compared to the dealer. BPG likes to "mystify" the repair of BMW's - but let's face it, they are just cars, not spaceships.

I have found much better independent shops that are much better values. As a courtesy, I am not listing them here.

BPG is an outstanding independent shop. I have taken my M3 there a hand full of times for inspections, oil changes, and repairs. They have always been total professionals; the repairs have been quick and the prices very reasonable. There isn’t anywhere else I would take my car to at this point.

I don't care (to a point) what is cost to fix my BMW. Other shops seem to find so many other little things wrong and the costs add up. I had a water pump go, later and alternator, needed brakes, and a couple of brake indicators and each time I had the work fully explained, and I felt comfortable I was treated fairly and honestly without the little add on charges. I drive a good distance (30 miles) to bring my bmw in for repair to BPG.
