I had Orion check out my 325i and they gave me a list of what was wrong. Rich the owner, told me that we would e-mail back and forward so he could get me prices for all that I wanted done and make suggestions on others things that may need servicing... then halfway into talking about my repairs his emails just stopped. I waited 3 weeks and nothing so I decide to call, the first few days there is no answer so I left a message, about 4 or 5 days later I decide to give them one more chance since they were really nice to me when inspecting my car. Finally i get someone on the phone and tell them my delima with trying to reach Rich, the mechanic on the line is like ok I will have Rich call you when he done with this customer... needless to say I never received a phone call

The guys at Orion are great. They are very passionate about BMW. Both lead techs drive only BMW cars which says a lot. I was pleased withe quality of repairs and timeliness of service. I would happily refer my friends and family to Orion.
