Bergen Motor Werks has been my go to for my BMW328xi. They are extremely capable, dependable and honest. They have properly diagnosed problems others guessed at. I would highly recommend taking your BMW here. Very fair pricing and excellent service.

I was on my way to North Conway from Montreal for a week's vacation and got a check engine light. The car seemed to run fine but I wanted to make sure I could drive back home without damaging anything. Found Bergen Motor Werks on Bimmershops and drove there to have them check it out. Not only did Mike take the time to check the codes and clear them, he showed me what he thought was wrong under the hood so that I could fix it when I got back home. He definitely knows his BMWs and is a very nice guy. Last thing, he did all this free of charge! I highly recommend Bergen Motor Werks and I would bring my car to Mike if I lived closer.

My BMW was towed from a cellphone dead area in the mountains to Bergen. After being robbed on the towing bill, I thought for sure I'd be taken advantage of at what was to me an unknown mechanic. After doing computer checks, a very simple solution was found, and they spent more time after I came to pick up the car tweaking a few things. The bill? $37. They could have taken advantage, and they didn't. A rarity nowadays! Good job Bergen! Honest, efficient, and helpful!

I've known Mike for 10+ years. A BMW repair shop has been at this location for as many years, which several owner/operators have been involved. Poor management/customer relations caused the previous to close. Mike is certainly qualified in BMW and many other makes, due to education and experience. This may sound like a sales pitch. It may be because; Mike has been the one through all these years that I, a 40 yr veteran of BMW's, could depend on! With four currently in our paddock a good BMW technician in the valley is a plus!
