I called and spoke with Rich and I was immediately impressed by his thorough understanding of my vehicle. I brought my car in for service and I could not be happier with the work Rich and Victor did on my car. They are meticulous in their diagnostics, leaving no stone unturned to ensure they know exactly what’s going on with the car. Rich worked closely with me to make sure I knew everything my car needed and why. They brought my car back from the “dead” and I can honestly say it’s better than new. When I picked my car up, Rich and Victor showed me the parts they removed and explained exactly why it needed to be replaced. I have never been to a shop that took the amount of time to listen and explain or cared so much about the quality of the work they performed. I was so happy with them that a week later I brought in my 1998 328i to have some work done and I am equally satisfied. Rich and Victor at R.O.C.S fueled my interest in sport and classic cars nearly a decade ago.
