  • Amazing service, pleasure to deal with. The installation was done timely and more important - perfectly. I wouldn't go anywhere else for repairs or modifications.

Honest-Honest-Honest the best, I have been with Roberto since before his 2 shops. He knows his BMWs. There is no other shop to go to for the right repair. I am constantly recommending him to others. My nephew went to a few dealers in NY and NJ and spent thousands of dollars for the same repair and still had the same problem, one visit to Roberto and repair was done correctly. His car only goes to Roberto. Roberto's prices are very fair.

Roberto is an outstanding expert on BMW servicing and easily sets the bar very high for delivering quality and pricing to please any BMW owner! I've had several things done at LI BIMMER PROS - at both the first shop and the new one - and each time Roberto and I walked through all the options and identified all the things that needed attention and those that can wait. Right now, my Z3 runs as good as it did when I bought it 12 years ago, thanks to Roberto!

I've been bringing my car to Roberto for about a year now, especially since the factory warranty is expired. I've found him to knowledgable, professional and very honest. I highly recommend his shop.

Honest guy. Seemed straight up with me about what needed to be done. Called me the same day. Had my car ready by the next day. Replaced the VCG and oil housing gasket. Cheaper than what the dealer would have charged me. Good guy.

My 2004 BMW 525i needed a valve cover gasket replaced as well as transmission fluid leak, I got a quote from the BMW dealership, which is was to too high, so I researched online, and found this shop L.I. bimmer pros. Roberto is very helpful, and has great knowledge on BMW's. He fixed the problems with my BMW 525 i at a much cheaper price then the dealer. He is very honest, and offers great deals. I will continue to take my BMW here for future service. I don't believe you will find anyone better.

It's rare that you find a repair shop that you trust. Roberto and Bruno were knowledgeable, trust worthy, and did an excellent job on my vehicle. I will no longer need to deal with expensive dealerships looking to charge an arm and a leg. I'll definitely return for all my vehicle needs.

Roberto is very knowledgeable about BMW's and was terrific to deal with. He was a fraction of the cost of the local BMW dealerships and is a very honest person.

I am very particular about how my car looks/runs and Roberto can address everything on your BMW from electrical, mechanical, service maintenance to providing restoration assistance for your worn car's interior/exterior body needs.

My 2004 BMW 545I started to leave oil stains on the driveway and also was burning oil. I originally went to BMW in Smithtown and they gave me an estimate that was so high that I considered trading it in and getting another car. I then searched on line and found Roberto in Ronkonkoma. I brought the car in and he gave me an estimate that was less than half of what BMW in Smithtown wanted to charge me. He had the car for a week and repaired everything including the valve guide seals, which required removing the cylinder heads. Roberto is a BMW expert and an honest man. The car runs great now and is not burning any oil. I am an engineer and I am demanding of excellence when it comes to auto repair, and Roberto exceeded all my expectations. I give him and his assistant an AAA +++ rating.

Great shop. We feel lucky to have found this place online. We went there and the guys are very nice people, and gave us good, honest advice about the truck. They also provided excellent service at great prices. It's not easy to find a good car repair place one can trust, I would look no further than this place.

I was tired of Dealer prices and the run arounds. Tried LI Bimmer & they are very fair and knowledgeable without sacrificing quality.
