I have a 2008 335xi BMW that was suffering from multiple issues and having nothing but dismay and high bills from Hassel BMW i decided to find a mechanic and came on bimmershops. Rudtner's intrigued me so I called them up and spoke to Bill Rudtner. What a solid individual this man is! Honest and really into cars, he gave me a breakdown of what my costs would be, what he felt i could do now to keep the costs low and what exactly was wrong by showing me up close and personal.
First, they broke down all the issues with my car. BMW never changed my filters, never changed my plugs, etc. Secondly, BMW improperly fixed 2 of my injectors. and thirdly, they inspected my car and released it with bad brakes and rotors. Bill fixed everything kept the price where he said it would be and my car is now running great.
I will never go to BMW again and will now utilize Bill and his staff as they are the real deal!!
