X5 3.0 2001
I was ready to give up on my X5 until I stumbled across Almost New Auto on the web, I wanted one last opinion before I got rid of it.
The dealership was just going to start throwing new parts at it, and they gave me an estimate of $3800 (it’s only worth 12k in trade)
Thankfully Almost New Auto took a little more time to diagnose the problem and saved me 2/3 of the dealership est. I won’t be going back to the dealership.
After the parts were replaced the mechanic showed me the parts that had been removed and why they were failing.
He’d even cleaned up the engine compartment!
I’d give Almost New Auto 5/5 stars for the work carried out and for keeping me in my BMW.
Better than dealership service. I recommend this mechanic to all of my colleagues and friends with imports.
A guy you can trust not to rip you off and who takes the time to explain the problems to you. Excellent service for a fair cost.

Very honest, thorough, timely, courteous, and professional. Did what he said he was going to do and saved me BMW dealership costs. Highly recommended!
