My experience was nothing close to first class. I dropped my car off for an oil change. A $200 request turns into an $1000 job. I was running late to pick up my vehicle due to rain and traffic. The service guy, Jett, was very rude and made me feel as if I was a thief; like I wanted to keep their loaner car which was a 1994 vehicle opposed to my convertible BMW. The sad part is the owner was right there and did nothing to correct his rudeness. I ended going to another nondealer servicer and gave them the long list of repairs that First Class stated I needed and was told that those services were not required. I left there and my car drove fine. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Good-Reasonable prices, honest advice, timely. Bad-had issue with my oil change and had to return so they could fix it.
