Since the days of our Matchbox cars when it was always our dream to open our own repair shop. After working many years for local dealerships and independent shops in the area we took the plunge and stepped out on our own with not much more than our enthusiasm and experience. We sincerely believed that with our combined experience and a lot of hard work that we could open a repair shop with integrity and honesty and do a better job of customer service than what we had experienced in other facilities. It is our firm belief that we can operate Pinnacle Automotive Service with honesty and integrity while still providing great customer service at a fair price.

Pinnacle Automotive Service exists as proof that good guys don't always finish last. We are a family owned and operated business consisting of three brothers, Kevin, Chris and Chase our sister Katie and our Mom, Darnell. Our staff includes ASE certified technicians, a Parts Specialist and Service Writer, and years of experience in the auto repair business. We are committed to providing quality, honest and competent repairs to the people of the Triangle.
