If you do your own routine maintenance, know anything about your car, or are under that age of 50, EAS is not the shop for you.
I have used EAS on three occasions, and each visit has mustered a condescending comment from Kurt, the owner, about my oil change, tire rotation, or brake job. Also, when I need a repair done, I research the issue so that I may speak knowledgeably but apparently they prefer to only deal with people who simply say "I don't know whats wrong. Fix it." Finally, if you are not of good ol' boy age and are deemed unworthy to be driving German engineering, there will be absolutely no customer service.

Eric, please feel free to call us or come by our shop and talk to me as it is difficult for me to respond to unsubstatiated claims to a situation and a person I don't immediately recognize. Our company is founded on customer service. It is hard to provide when you have not spoken to me personally and have chosen to hide-behind your internet anonymity.
Thank You

I used EAS several years ago because my parents had been friends with Kurt and his wife. I took my 99 328i there and ended up being charged WAY more than I was originally quoted. I had several small issues that should have amounted to about $500 in repairs. Instead, they took it upon themselves to "fix" several things I had not given them permission to work on and walked out with a bill over $2,000. I would not recommend EAS to anyone looking to be given a fair deal.

Jim,
I apologize about taking so long to respond to your commentary but I was not aware that there was an issue as you never approached me and let me know there was an issue. First point is that there was absolutely no way that my company or any of its employess would have performed an additional $1500 worth of work on anyone's car without their approval. Second point is that it is a 2-way line of communication between the car owner and the shop to keep the machine in proper repair. If you are as you claim to be, the son of a friend of my wife and I, I would think you would be even more comfortable to discuss issues you may have. I'm sorry you chose an 'ambush' method to vent your unsubstantiated claim. I feel we are a very approachable service company for anyone to call or come-by to discuss their automotive questions.

Everyone at EAS have always been extreemly helpful and thorough when dealing with my car. They have always serviced my 1996 328i since I purchased it a few years back and with their help at 170000 Miles it is still running strong.

I was happy with EAS. They were extremely helpful. The shop was very emaculate and the equipment was very advanced. They were so much better than going to the dealer!
