We have attempted to identify your service visit in our records by year, car, name and date in the past year and have been unsuccessful. At EAS we take our customer feedback seriously and welcome you to come in and discuss your issues in person. We always welcome constructive criticism. We feel this helps us improve our customer service. As to your specific allegations, the majority of our customers and staff at EAS are under 50 years old. Secondly, we never do work that is not authorized by a customer as we tend not to make financial decisions for our customers. Frankly, since most of our customers 'Know" their vehicles we often discuss various service options and help them prioritize repairs. We also give help and expertise to customers who like to work on their own vehicle. It's been our experience, however, that some do-it-yourselfers do not wish to benefit from our 31 years of experience, instead preferring to demand that EAS install inferior parts or products on these quality cars in an attempt to save money. While we are always looking for ways to save customers money, we never take shortcuts on quality and safety.
