Eric and Gary are excellent! They always get me in right away. I was worried when we moved from California that I would find a good repair guy again since the one in Sacramento was awesome. These guys are great! Now that we live near Boise, I still drive back to Portland to have my car repaired and maintenance done. Not sure what I would do if I had a real emergency out here but know if I keep my maintenance up I should be ok. For the extra miles, Eric gave me 10% extra off. Felt it was his way of compensating for us not being able to find a good repairman in Boise.

They have insane pricing I wanted to fix my car but they quoted me $3000 to repair a head gasket I called a different shop they quoted me $1800

We had a breakdown while on vacation and Boyd got us in immediately and on the road again very quickly. We received excellent, courteous service and were very relieved to find them! Highly recommended.

When was the last time you were told "drive it for 3-4 weeks and come back in and we'll square up"? That's what Gary told me when I asked how much my repair bill was. I almost fell over! Gary wanted to be sure the problem was resolved before I paid him.The problem my car had was oh some so complicated electrical problem, which caused my car not to start but not all the time. My car since then has started everytime I put the key in and turn it over!

I went back and squared up with Gary and the bill was very reasonable. Boyd Motor Werks gets 6 stars from me - this crew provides excellent service and they know how to repair a BMW!! I will always take my vehicle to Gary
