Meet Jim & Katie Paiva, Owners of Elite Auto Repair

Jim Paiva has serviced automobiles since 1980, went into business in 1998, with his wife Katie, Jim performed all repairs, answered the phones, ordered all the parts, and worked until late hours of the night to get the business up and running. Katie also worked as many hours, washing cars, answering phones, office duties such as accounts payable, receivable, thank you notes, and marketing - doing all this while pregnant with our third child. Today we have 5 certified technicians, two service advisers, and one customer relations person. We built an impeccable reputation to customer service, one that focuses one honesty, quality, all delivered at a fair price.

  • I called for a question on getting a car inspected in a case where the registration had expired. The person who answered the phone was friendly and spent 10 minutes giving me the answers on what I should do and how to get the registration quickly. He showed me that they are really committed to customer service and we will become a customer. I am very impressed.

  • A few weeks I had taken my car to a tire place for an oil change and tire rotation. They (the other place) told me I needed an inspection and that my car would not pass unless I had my brakes done. They estimated over $300. Based on the reviews here, I took my car to Elite to have the brakes done( They estimated $265). They could have done them and I'd have been the wiser, but they called me and asked who had told me I needed brakes. They said mine were fine. They tightened a couple of things and took the car for inspection. The whole thing cost $59 (including the inspection) They even drove me home and picked me up. I'll surely use these guys again (and NOT the tire place).

    Elite Auto has been servicing my wife's Lexus and my BMW for nearly 9 years. Not the same ones. The entire team there is the finest team of service people I have ever encountered. From just stepping the door to dropping by unannounced on a weekend with a minor problem, they are always ready willing and more than capable to assist.

    Going anywhere else for service would not be a good idea!

    The estimate for the exactly same work was significantly higher then the the BMW Dealer....Go figure... Told them to put the car together and do not perform the work..

    We try to stay has competitive as possible. not sure what job we quoted you on.. but if we were significantly higher something is missing. Sorry for your disappointment in us. the dealers have become very competitive and are aggressive more then ever. they have a matrix chart that helps them stay competitive with people like us. sometimes it takes several trips to the dealer to realize where the savings comes in servicing your car with us. there is one thing people cant measure unfortunately and that's honesty. we do our best out there and we would never sell you anything your car doesn't need, we have friendly employees, quality work, and honesty. I hope someday you will give us another chance to earn your business
