I' ve enjoyed the great service and quality work performed here at "The Gourmet Garage". I have a '01- 330i. I travel from Augusta, Georgia just to have my repairs done. Steve has been terriffic! "The Gourmet Garage" treats u like family, not cooperate PR like the BMW dealerships. When i call to have service performed, Tom or Steve recognize my voice and immediately greet me with "hello Juan". This, (to me), makes a difference in the trust of a dealerships reputation, for honesty and confidence in knowing that you (the customer) is what's important. Knowing your customers and knowing your car are two characteristics of what customer service is. Take notes you other dealerships! "The Gourmet Garage" got it RIGHT!!!

I purchased my first BMW from Gourmet Garage in 2009 and have been a happy customer since. I bought the car under warranty and almost hated to bring my car in for service to the BMW dealership downtown. Now that my car is out of warranty, I receive better technical service and better customer service through The Gourmet Garage. I will recommend this establishment to any one I know.
