I live in NC but knew I would be traveling thru Tn and because fault lights in my Z-3 Coupe were coming and going and the car sometimes would slip into ' limp mode, I researched BMW dealerships and independent garages on my travel route. The worst happened just as I entered Chattanooga on a Monday evening. Contacted Bavarian, took the car to them the next morning and they had it ready the following morning. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and at my request, contacted my regular mechanics in NC to compare the defect that had manifested itself with what my regular mechanics had been chasing. This increased my comfort level greatly. I would absolutely return to them and would recommend them without reservation.

I trust Bavarian Auto unequivocally. The shop's mechanics and personnel are honest and dedicated to delivering the best service possible. The quoted price is always accurate, and they are upfront about the work which I need immediately for my safety and the car's performance and about the work on which I can wait. I recommend the shop to everyone and assure your complete satisfaction.

Not knowing much about cars myself, I am usually wary about trusting the advice I receive from a car repair place. Nevertheless, I have found Bavarian Auto to be a reliable and honest shop in dealing with my 15 year old BMW. The staff is knowledgeable about cars and breaks their report down by what I must take care of for my own safety and which repairs I can afford to wait on for a while. They are unusually helpful in supplying me with a ride while my car is being serviced. I have recommended this business to multiple friends and will continue to do so.

This was the last time I will EVER take a vehicle to Bavarian. If you don't mind paying $1,500-$2,000 MORE for your repairs, please make an appointment. I received a quote for the SAME repairs from a BMW store, and it was $1,800 CHEAPER AT A BMW STORE! I do not mind, whatsoever, for someone in business to make money. However, to be blatantly screwed is absurd. I have a mortgage to pay already, do not need to pay his.

My M has been to BavAuto multiple times, and each time I had to take it somewhere else to actually get it "fixed". I always get the upsell to do 10 things I didn't need while not getting what I did need fixed...aggravating...waste of time and money...
