FYI for BMW owners:
I had work done a few years ago at Bavarian Auto on my VW Jetta. They claim to provide service for most European and Japanese imports so I thought my experience may still be relevant to you even though I do not drive a BMW.
To make a long story short, I wasted over 5 weeks dealing with Bavarian Auto and my problem was still not remedied. To make matters worse, they left my car sitting in the summertime heat for weeks while “waiting on parts to arrive,” which resulted in the melting of the headliner adhesive.
When I attempted to respectfully speak with the owner about my dissatisfaction, he got right in my face and cursed at me on the shop floor, claiming that I was trying to “scam him.”
The end result was that I spent over $1,500 on parts & service but my car was in worse shape than it was before I took it in.
From what I understand, one of the two owners of Bavarian at that time (the Vickery brothers?) is now running Eurasian Auto Repair on Lee Hwy. Since my experience, I have heard multiple people complain of problems experienced at both of these shops.
I RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE WHO VALUES THEIR TIME & MONEY AND EXPECTS TO BE TREATED WITH RESPECT SHOULD AVOID ANY AUTO SERVICE THROUGH EITHER OF THE VICKERY BROTHERS.

The post by “Robert” appears to be a bogus post as our computerized service records(dating back to 1999) do not support such a scenario as outlined in the post. We are a AAA Approved Auto Repair Shop and have been for several years. AAA rated Bavarian Auto as the “Top Automobile Repair Facility” in the State of Tennessee for 2006 - the best of the best shops. We are also a Bosch Autorized Service Center and have been since 1984. We are also members of the Better Business Bureau of Chattanooga and have 6 years of service to automobile owners in Chattanooga without a single complaint. I don’t know what Robert’s beef is but it doesn’t appear to have merit.
