I would NEVER bring my M3 convertible back to EuroHaus. When my car was "repaired" it had additional problems that were not an issue before I brought my car to them. My husband & I returned my car to fix the shift knob that no longer aligned with the gears and Robert Berry immediately started yelling at us. I have never been treated so disrespectfully and was told there was no way that his business could have created the problem as they had not worked on it. He told us that one of his race cars could go out on the road and lose a headlight, would that be something that he should fix? I understand that items can break after a car has been repaired, but they fixed my shift knob at no charge, left my keys in a mail box that anyone had access to and sent us a text message that we could pick up the car. In addition, I was given an estimate for the repair of my convertible top that no longer functioned (not a problem before I brought the car to them). I was told that a part under the backseat had been underwater and would no longer function. There was also a switch that had to have been bad, plus all parts would have to be programmed. The estimate of repairs was over $600. I took matters into my own hands and found that a fuse in the trunk had shorted out (I do not hold them responsible for that). I replaced the fuse and now my convertible top works perfectly. I have very little experience working on cars and have never worked on my BMW, but you might want me to look at your car before you take it to EuroHaus. My repair cost nothing as I had a spare fuse in my fuse box!

We are a very reputable shop and I have been working on BMWs for 25 plus years and have been very successful at fixing these cars.Over the years of being in buisness I have learned you cant please everyone and have also found that you have people coming into my shop complaining about all shops and how nobody can fix their car. This car came in with convertable top problems so we check the car over and found the car was flooded with water on the inside under the rear seat and trunk area. The fuse for the top kept blowing due to water in the control unit .The lady stated the top hasent worked properly since the car was wrecked. We try to be accurate with our diagnostics and never try to replace any unneeded parts.Jane calls and states the shifter is acting strange and she is affraid to drive the car.We never touched transmission or shifter so we didnt feel responsible for the problem.i asked jane to bring car in and we would inspect. She stated they were going to the ball game and needed car back asap so I told them I would text them and tell them the results and where I would leave the key.We adjusted shifter free of charge and told them if they had anymore prpblems feel free to call.I hate that this customer wants to blame us for problems we didnt cause.I stated to Jane that if I change the oil on a racecar that happend to be where we were standing and that if the headlight fell out during a race that dosent mean we caused the problem.I do remember the comment she made was the the car is always giving problems so we are going to sell it.Take a look at all my reviews and give us a fair chance at working on your car and dont blame normal wear and tear on my shop.

I had an A - minus experience with eurohaus on a typical tire rack deal. I got "spa" treatment from robert and found him and his business very impressive. I had my three or so under carriage issues diagnosed...and a rubber fender part that I presented installed.....and liked robert very much. I also greatly appreciated the chance to look under my car and ask questions....something some stuffy mechanics repel. Unfortunately when I returned home (about 60 miles) fromt the shop....one of my four "jack pads" was missing. It was factory original and perhaps old....but my guess is it dropped off durning my tire instal. No big deal....but a 20 buck part after shipping that I had to replace. While I didn't expect robert to change my tires....his son did my job and I have to wonder if one slight corner was cut.....or maybe I just lost my pad on the drive home.....just kind of curious and the only reason I'm even posting this is that it added 20 bucks to my job. All this being said.....I would do business with Robert again....found him to be a really cool guy. Just make sure and double check your car after job completion for any nick nacks....since you are probably not getting any compensation for a vanishing part or etc.... I WILL be back to see Robert for my next oil change....and found his mini racing operation cool as well....

We are very sorry about the missing jack pad on your car. We try to please everyone who comes into our shop and sometimes no matter how hard we try little things like this will happen.I feel like my son is very careful with the cars we work on and I am sure the pad fell off the car due to normal wear and tear.We get BMWs in everyday with these pads missing and we know that is a common problem .The next time you are in for service you will be credited the $20 if you really think we caused this problem.

I was treated with courtesy and my tires were promptly mounted and balanced. Robert Pete and the entire staff were very helpful and friendly and informed me of a couple of things that will need to be looked at in the near future. I certainly appreciate their thoroughness and the confidence that they inspired - thoroughly professional in every way. I will definitely trade with Eurohaus again.

Robert and his crew are extremely careful, honest and professional. I will not take my car anywhere else for service. Great at their work and the cleanest shop I have ever seen. Don't go anywhere in Knoxville for installation or repairs before you check them out. You will not be disappointed. If you want the best this is the place to go.

I found Robert Berry on this site and I cant say enough about him already. I went to him for a second opinion and needless to say he saved me a bunch of money. He makes himself available for any questions that you might have and is very easy to get ahold of. I definitely plan on going to him for anymore repairs that i may have and would recommend him to anyone

I found Robert on this site & then obtained the info from him that we had a friend in common that had been working on my BMWZ3M for years but had retired, so I made a wise decision. Robert looked the car over & told me what needed to be done. He helped me understand what was the problem & made me feel he was not "taking advantage of a woman". I look forward to being able to trust & rely on him in the future.

As a woman who doesn't know alot about cars, I can never thank Robert Berry enough for taking care of my daughters Mini Cooper. Whenever we needed any help, he was always polite and answered all of our questions. I always felt like we recieved the best service and I know his prices are comparable because I checked with other service centers. Robert and his staff are very professional and I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks Robert for all your great work.

I have known Robert for close to 20 years. During which I and my immediate family have owned 9 BMWs. He is the ONLY person that I have or will ever have work on my vehicles. He has a unique ability to diagnose a problem and provide cost effective solution. He provides true consultation on what should be done now, as well as, that which may be done later without detriment to the car. He is not only the best import technician and professional I know, he has also become a close friend. I have always known Robert to put his client's needs first, regardless of the situation. I highly recommend Robert and EuroHaus to anyone looking for experienced professional to diagnose, service and/or repair their import.
