I've known Charlie and Joanie for several years and I've been satisfied with there work each time I had my car worked on. They care about the customer's condition of their vehicle before it leaves the shop.

Charlie has always taken care of those very complicated issues that you run into on a BMW 740 with great attention to detail. He also takes care of my daughters Volvo.
I would not dare trust these cars to anyone else.

I've been a satisfied customer of Import Service Center for 10 years now. Joanie and Charlie are the most helpful people you can meet! They are always willing to answer my questions and any concerns in full detail. I have never experienced any mechanic or auto repair shop that can even compare. They are quick to respond to any phone call or email and provide numerous accommodations to meet customer's convenience. I use to take my car to the dealership for all services, but then I tried Import Service Center. They have the expertise and professionalism as any dealership with customer care you just won't find anywhere else! I've recommended them to all my dear family and friends!
