Memphis Motor Werks officially opened its doors for business in August of 1985. Since that time we have changed locations twice to our current 13,000 sq-ft facility. Our service menu has expanded to include a full service automotive and motorcycle machine shop.

Memphis Motor Werks has a factory trained BMW Tech on staff and we are equipped with both the Autologic and the GT-1 diagnostic systems.

We are a fully equipped, 12 bay shop with 4 ASE Master Techs and 1 Tech with 5 of 8 certificates. The shop is owned by David LaBarreare and his partner, Mike Wilkes, a mechanical engineer. We also have a complete machine shop. We are Bosch Authorized Service and a member of BIMRS tech group. We are in our 27th year of repairing BMWs. Devin LaBarreare is our Senior Service Writer and hopes to carry us forward for the next generation.
