I have taken my car to this shop 2 different times. Lets start from the beginning. When I first recieved the car back it was dirty Nor did they clean it off after they were done! Same with the seats. The grease from the mechanics pants rubbed off on the leather and they left it that way! Then they attempt to charge me double what was quoted for a brake job. When I say something the staff and owner blow up on me yelling and cursing saying that I was too picky and these "little things" are pissing him and his whole shop off. He even went on to say that I should never come back and he didn't care to see me or my "stupid car" anymore. I am pretty sure that an owner should NEVER yell at a customer. no matter what! How unprofessional. Next time I will go the dealership!
