I had steered away from ICC because of a brusk attitude the first time I called over a year ago. Today, I was stranded on my way to work so I limped my 325i in to see if they could diagnose the problem. Got the same initial attitude but they did agreee to try and work me in and low and behold tthey had me out the door less than 2 hours later, with a faulty coil replaced. Not only that but the price was very reasonable (well below just the diagnosis fee the dealers charge) and there was zero pressure to do additional services. Recommendations were made but not pushed at all. I was grateful and left with a much better impression. If you can get past the first contact, they are very good. I recommend them and will likely return myself.

The service manager was very knowledgeable about my 2001 BMW 325i and resolved my issues extremely fast along providing recommendations without the pressure of having them done immediately like some places. I've found a great alternative to the high labor costs of a dealership.

We have owned quite a few import cars over the years and try to keep our cars in excellent mechanical shape.
