  • Great same day service. Picked up at my home, fixed less then a day. Paid about $300.00 less then Honda Dealer wanted. Thanks for the fast and fair service repair.

  • San Antonio Euro literally saved me THOUSANDS of dollars on repairs! I was stranded with a bad alternator and the dealership wanted $3200 and 3-4 days to replace it. I called these guys and they had me back on the road the following morning for less than 1/5 of what the dealership wanted! Great work and a great staff all around! I would let these guy do all my auto work if I lived in the area!

  • After having a few bad experiences with the dealership and other mechanics that seemed clueless about MINIs, I was so happy to find these guys. Customer service is great: they are upfront, honest, knowledgeable, and do quality work without emptying the bank account. I don't even live in town anymore but I bring it back to them whenever I can. Could not recommend them more.

  • I was told about this place by a buddy of mine, so I decided to stop in and have them take a look at my front brakes. I had been experiencing some pulsating when braking. Harry and the team pulled the vehicle in, did a quick and through evaluation, and told me that my rotors needed to be changed. The vehicle has 90k miles on it, and had they had never been changed. They ordered the parts and got to work on it very quickly. While the parts were en route they went ahead and changed my oil. I didn't at any point feel that I was getting taken to the cleaners like I often do by mechanics. I'll be going back again when the need arises.

  • San Antonio Euro has been my go to shop for any problems my car has had at unbeatable prices for the quality of work they do on my car. I have never had to return my car to them complaining about something not being fixed or being loose, etc. They provide excellent customer service and top notch work on my car and I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

While driving between Houston and San Antonio, I lost all fluids on my 06 3 Series. After limping into San Antonio, I found this shop (now called The Auto Group) and decided to give them a try. Following a very reassuring initial phone call, the service advisor had me bring the car in by 9am the next day. By 11am, I had a diagnosis of a failed water pump. Being from out of town, they got to my vehicle immediately. I also had spark plugs replaced and brakes flushed. My vehicle was completed by 4pm the following day and the price was exactly as quoted. I can't say enough about the quality of the work and friendliness of the folks at this shop. They even transported me back to my hotel and picked me up when the work was done. They turned what could have been a catastrophe into an 'inconvenience'. Special kudos go to repair man Brad Spooner and service advisor Cherie Spooner.
