If you are looking for an honest shop then look no further. I own a BMW 325I and have had the dealer do most of the work until I met Matt and Thayne at Independent Import. They treat you like a person not just a paycheck. I had my car at several shops including the dealer for the same problem, spent about $1500 and still not fixed. When I had Independent work on it they fixed it right the first time. Don't trust your BMW to anyone else. I've been there and done that. This is the place to be.

I would not trust my M5 to just anyone and these guys have been great. They are honest, fair, and do everything they can to get the job done correctly and on time. I have been happy with their work and would recommend them without reservation.

I bought my BMW 328i in the summer of "07 and have enjoyed it ever since. Thayne and Matt were the 2 gentlemen that I worked with to own this car.
Thayne is the owner of Independent Imports and Matt is the service manager of the shop. They are two of the honest people I have worked with. They tell me what the problem is and don't proceed until I give the "go." They also have 3 other fabulous mechanics.
I would rate this shop a 12 on a scale of 1-10.
