We have used the service of Eurasian Service Center for nearly 20 years. From this experience we can say that service has been consistently excellent. Every car that we have owned while in the area has been serviced by Eurasian, including several BMW's, Volvo, Subaru and Acura.

Mechanics are well trained and experienced. I appreciate the attention from their service staff, especially Eddie and Silvia. No detail is overlooked.

my car overheated and out of desperation i had my car towed here. i've had some bad experiences with the other foreign specialty shops in the area. eurasian service was awesome. i definitely felt like they had my best interests in mind which has been very unusual for me when dealing with other shops. i definitely found my new service center. thank you!!!

I took a 2003 325i there for a pre-buy inspection. Mike looked at the car and after an hour asked if I would like to come back to the garage and see what he had found. I could tell from the discussion that not only is he very knowledgeable about the car, but also enjoys sharing that knowledge. Ultimately, he kept me from making a purchase that would have cost me a few thousand in repairs. Money well spent!

Eurasian Service Center - their whole staff - is knowledgeable and honest. They care more about the customer than their profit margins. As a woman, I am grateful for a shop that doesn't make me feel like an idiot if I don't know the mechanical details. They give me choices and the information I need to care for my car. I have been with them since 2003 and wouldn't dream of letting anyone else touch my 1999 M3 convertible!

The owners and mechanics at this shop are first rate. They have serviced my 300E and 3 series BMW several times. I have always received honest advice and reasonable quotes. Service has always been performed as agreed and on time.

I would recommend Eurasian to anyone looking for an honest and competent service center.

First, a Eurasian employee answered the phone, but didn't identify the name of the shop. I described the problem, which requires a simple adjustment that can be done in less than an hour by any shop. The employee told me to drop it off. I did so first thing in the morning. Having heard nothing during the day, I called an hour before the end of the day, and the person at the desk said I could pick my car up at closing time.

When I got there at closing time, a mechanic or manager met me. My car had been professionally cleaned. The manager reported that he looked at a number of systems wholly unrelated to the problem I asked Eurasian to fix, and spotted some concerns about those systems. He expressed great resistance merely to doing the one adjustment I asked them to do because of the supposed risk that the simple adjustment may not solve the problem. To support his seemingly logical position, he gave several reasons. One reason was that, based on the number of miles driven, I probably needed a new X. The problem with this reason was that the X on this car was brand new.

Last month I had my 2003 BMW X5 worked on at Eurasian and I was very pleased with the service. Compared to the dealer this was a great experience. A co-worker recommended them to me after I told him my coolant light came on driving into work that day. I called to make an appointment and they got me in right away. I assumed it was leaking somewhere and I would have an expensive repair bill at the end of the day. It turned out that the coolant just needed to be topped off. I also got a chance to talk with a mechanic who was happy to answer a few questions I had about the car. Everyone there, including the service department was knowledgeable and experienced. Since then I brought the car back for front brakes and an oil change. If you are looking for good and honest car repair Eurasian Service Center is the place to go. I recommend this shop to everyone.

On the whole, I found their staff to be reasonably competent, though at times inconsistent with work quality. For example, I had to have oil gaskets replaced, and since the entire motor must be taken up or out, there were a few assembly pieces (nuts, bolts) that were not properly tightened. Fortunately I discovered and corrected this just before a 2k trip (yikes!)

Other things seem minor, but contribute to a below average experience, such as when I just had the BMW detailed (and so no need for them to wash after service which is part of their process). Upon their "test drive" there was a very visible mud streak along the driver's door, noticeable to anyone. Other than that, the service manager was very noncommittal to a service quote on a recent brake job request. All enough to deter future dealings....

Attention to details could improve in my view.........
