Stay clear of this operation. Rather than diagnosing and fixing the problem, they just start changing parts until the problem is fixed -- or not.

Bad, bad place

I've used this shop for mechanical and bodywork for BMW, Porsche and GMC and as long as I've been very specific about what I wanted ... i got good service. I have sent several friends and co-workers to this shop after they got outrageous quotes from their dealerships and they all received the same amount of work for less money.

I'm sorry John did not receive good service. While not cheap ... I believe that is you talk to Fritz or Andreas and specify that you don't want to get jerked around .. you'll get your money's worth. Let them know you found them through BIMRS.org if you are a BMW member as they are heavily involved there. Don't give them a long-term project b/c these guys make their money on 1 day turnover jobs (basics like brakes, shocks, computer diagnostice, etc...) Not a place for a restoration job.
