My transmission light came up on the dashboard and knew i had to get it somewhere quick. After some research, i decided to give MM a call because of their good reviews. I talked to Gary on the phone and he was very accommodating. He told me I could bring the car in anytime, so within 5 minutes i was there. After diagnosing the problem, gary recommended a few options and saved me some money! He seemed very knowledgeable with my bmws. Overall, my experience was great. Will definitely go back to them.

I've had Service II done the other Wednesday, and had v. pleasant experience.

Maybe it was my lucky day.. But still.

Car drives and feels better, and getting $50 discount for new customer is a nice gesture, too. Price was was the same as quotes over the phone, as well.

In California they used to wash as a curtesy, but suppose not in VA.

In any case I'll be back for more (if I need to).

I got the privledge of meeting the owner today; my first contact within the first 5 minutes of being there were shocking. He is the most rude, ignorant person I have ever come in contact with at a business. I would not leave my car there if he paid me to leave it there. Not only is he a complete *** to the customers he was rude to his employees. As someone else in the office says to apologize for him, "Oh he's the owner" as if that makes it ok. The other reviews I have now read reiterate what a bad experience this place is!
