In my experiences with many, many independant BMW repair shops, I believe Mark Baker and MB Euro Service to be tone of (if not "the") best shop out there.

I recently purchased a car from over the internet in Lynchburg, VA, and as I am out of town I needed a shop I could trust to perform a pre-purchase inspection. Mark and team were able to get the car in at the seller's convenience, they called and emailed me a lengthy report with great details, and even offered to email me pictures they took of issue areas. Taking it to the next level, Mark called me that evening to discuss the details of each picture, what concerned him, and offered great advice. I only wish his shop was much closer!

Wow. Mark Baker runs as professional and meticulous a service shop as I have ever encountered. I was traveling from Alabama to Washington when I started having trouble with my cooling system in the sub-freezing weather. I called my son at home to look up a BMW repair shop in the nearest town ahead, Lynchburg. I called MB Euro, and Mark generously worked me in. He is very thorough, knowledgeable and conscientious. He checked out the thermostat, pulled the water pump to check it out. After replacing the thermostat, he reinstalled the pump, refilled with coolant, did some other service/maintenance checks, and had me on the road about 90 minutes later. His fee was entirely reasonable. About an hour later, he called me on my cell phone to make sure everything was working OK. And, five days later, it still is. I wish he could be my repair guy all the time. I'm in a profession that demands attention to detail, and Mark is a very detail oriented man. I wasn't so much impressed that he knew to replace a thermostat, as I was by the way he treated me as a stranger passing through town, and by the precision with which he approached my needs. I highly recommend him to any of your BMW or Mercedes needs.

It is never pleasant when there's work to be done to your auto. And there's the added expense and time you have to consider. Then when all is said and done, was the work done correctly? Well I stopped by to share my experience with others about M.B. Euro in Lynchburg.

I hit a deer, much to my displeasure! Damaging my light bracket to my darling BMW. Someone smart referred me to M. B. Euro. There I was treated with courteous, and speedy service.
