This is a terrific independent BMW service facility. Jason is a talented and competent technician who will save you money by diagnosing the root cause (not symptoms) of your issues and save you money in the end.

Greg, the owner and proprietor, has an enthusiast-based philosophy that makes this shop a tremendous resource for those of us that choose to drive performance oriented german automobiles. I live over 150 miles from Harrisonburg, but make the drive regularly for any service related needs. Why? Because finding a competent shop that will service your vehicle properly without "nickle-and-diming" you to death is rare in today's environment.

In addition to the business aspect, the folks here are truly a joy to work with - friendly and helpful - and will make your car repair experience as enjoyable as possible. Greg went above and beyond what I expected after a PPI found some major issues with a recent M3 purchase. Without Greg's assistance, this could have been a most devastating financial event.

The 'Motorwerkes' crew went the extra mile today to salvage my beach trip from falling apart.. We have a Mini Cooper that is Supercharged and not even the DEALER could figure out what was causing a horrible vibration in the engine and throwing 'check engine' lights on the dash of our little Mini. Jason worked hard to figure out what had 'come loose' on a pulley of some sort and got it all back into working order w/ a new part and we are going to be back on the road for the weekend! Thanks very much to these guys at Mid Atlantic Motorwerkes who really know how to make a customer for life while we continue to own our Mini Cooper and couldn't have asked for any better service and pricing was much better than expected and less than the dealer! Wow, I can't explain in words how helpful, courtious, and affordable this shop was in servicing my vehicle. I was traveling from MD to NC and broke down near Harrisonburg, Va. Laymans towing got me towed to the shop within 30 min. An hour from the break down the service manager, Jason had my broken car diagnosed and repaired for 75.00. He also checked over the car and made an estimare for other needed/overlooked repaires.

I just want to say thanks for the super quick service and the attention to detail. I will definatly be taking the estimate that was made back to my home mechanic!! sigh...
