Imagine, Friday afternoon at 5pm while changing the spark plugs from your Bmw 330i ZHP and you have a thread issue on Cylinder.
I called Affinitiave and immediately reached Colin, the proprietor. After explaining the problem Colin offered to make an automotive house call.
After a quick analysis of the issue and bringing over more appropriate tools to diagnose and fix the issue I avoided a $150 tow, a $500 visit to the BMW dealership and did not embarrass (at least not too bad) myself in front of my family. Colin's expertise and willingness to help a fellow "motor head" in need was greatly appreciated.
