    Service here is exceptional. They got me in same day and out same day. I was scheduled for an oil service and they were able to catch several problems on my car (belts and brakes) before I had to find them out the hard way. They even showed me the worn out parts afterwards. Its nice to have a reliable shop in the neighborhood.

    My experience has been very poor. This shop tries to charge you more than you need. For example, I had a taillight problem. They wanted to fix both sides even though one was fine. Another time, the power window broke. I asked for an estimate. I got another estimate for less and wanted to go with that one. This shop said they would charge me about $200 to put the door back together since they took it apart to diagnose the problem. In order to get my car back I had to pay them, so they had me over a barrel. So, they did the work. They have also told me many things are wrong, but I have driven the car over a year since then without any indication of any problems. On the positive side, they do know BMW's and seem to diagnose them well. Negatively, they will try to make more money by looking for things to fix, even if they are not broken.

    Hello, this is Mike, the owner of Classic Motorsports. Our customers expect us to notify them of any and all service and repair issues on their vehicles, especially those of a safety concern. We provide a free courtesy inspection with any service small or large. During the courtesy inspection, if a technician can identify a need for the vehicle, the customer is simply notified and given estimates at the time the courtesy inspection is done. It is our experience that not all the vehicle needs may be evident to the customer. We are honest about our assessments and are happy to physically show the customer what it is we have identified.
